Here’s how you can stop sharing media with a kid from your gallery in the mIKs-it app.
Step 1: Navigating to the gallery tab
From the home screen you can easily navigate to the gallery tab by tapping on the image icon as highlighted below:
Step 2: Stop sharing media with a kid from your gallery
From your gallery’s home screen tap on the image you wish to stop sharing with a kid. At the bottom of the image, click on the contact icon to tap and share with a kids profiles. 
It will open a pop-up screen, which will show the kid profiles if the selected media is shared with them. Tap on the ‘x’ cross icon present alongside kid’s profile. The application will then remove the media-sharing for the selected media with the kid’s profile.
